RETURN POLICY

Thank you for using our services. We strive to bring excellence in all of our services. However, if you are not satisfied with services rendered for the purchased price. We would like to hear from you, to make sure our services met our standards. We may not be able to refund payment, but we will make sure the service is completed to your satisfaction.
Returns
All returns must be brought to our attention via email at admin@unitedths.com so they can be addressed as soon as possible.
Return Exceptions:
- Double Payment online
- Double Payment applied to your credit card
- Any payment when services have not been rendered
Return Processing:
After receiving your return and investigating the conditions relevant, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement or bank statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Please Note:
- All Services Purchased are final if there was a promotional price involved.
- All Purchases for Inspections cannot be refunded.
- All Purchases for Construction Services cannot be returned.
- All Purchases are for services rendered and cannot be returned
- Only Double Payments or Payments for services not rendered
